IRCA now running Corporate Responsibility Training Course certification

IRCA and AccountAbility are delighted to announce that the training for the Sustainability Assurance Practitioner is now being managed by IRCA through their extensive global training structure.

Robert Skelton-Stroud, Certification Manager, said:   “This is a good opportunity to benefit from IRCA’s experience in training course certification and from its well-established and global training organization network to make sustainability assurance training available and accessible worldwide. “

The Corporate Responsibility Training Course consists of four independent modules which can be attended together or separately:

  1. Foundation in Corporate Responsibility (1 day)
  2. Foundation in Stakeholder engagement (1 day)
  3. Foundation in Sustainability reporting (1 day)
  4. Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (2 days)

The move of the training course approval programme to IRCA also helps to closely align the training with the Sustainability Assurance Practitioner certification programme. Students who successfully complete all four modules of this course meet the training requirements for associate level of the Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (CSAP) scheme.
