IRCA international forum 2010

2010 promises to be a pivotal year for changes and improvements in the international field of management system standards certification and IRCA hopes to continue to provide useful information how to improve certification-related activities. As a part of this, IRCA announces the ninth IRCA international forum to be held on 13 June 2010 at the Pacifico Yokohama in Japan.

The whole of the certification industry needs to embrace changes that will help raise confidence in third-party certification. The ninth international forum will explore how auditors and certification bodies are improving processes to audit management systems effectively.

The forum is a great opportunity to get updates on developments such as the release of ISO 17021-2 that may have a profound effect on certification assessments and how certification bodies control the competence issues. And, after the success of last year’s continual professional development workshop, another is planned for the day prior to the forum.
