Issues covered: Re-evaluate the agenda generated in year 2002 to facilitate the interchange, analysis and debate of certification experiences related to management systems under the ISO9001 Standard in the Health sector from the MERCOSUR countries and its extension to the rest of the Iberoamerican countries. Also, to extend the views of sharing experiences about implementation, certification or accreditation under other ISO standards or good practices.
