Outstanding quality in China
IRCA auditor Dr Philip Chan, general manager of global quality and environment at Salcomp, has been the first Hong Kong person to achieve a ‘China outstanding quality person’ award.
To praise outstanding contributions in China in quality and drive all industries to implement quality works successfully, the China Association for Quality and National China Federation of Trade Unions have initiated this ‘China outstanding quality person election’, which is to elect entrepreneurs, quality professionals and quality practitioners who have made prominent contributions to Chinese quality.
Participants are all leaders in quality from a variety of areas, and are chosen after corporations and related professional organizations recommendation, online voting, experts evaluation during the five months of election.
