IRCA's organization employing auditors (OEA) programme demonstrates your commitment to providing your clients with auditors who meet the high standards set by IRCA. The programme is also designed to save your organization both time and money. It works by linking your own administration and control systems closely with ours to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.

OEA programme: 3 basic steps

1. We delegate some of the administration and sometimes evaluation work to you to lower your fees
2. We establish an efficient link between your organization and ourselves to represent auditors in your organization collectively through an appointed manager. We assign a certification officer to work specifically with your manager
3. You can make savings through the reduction of certification fees for each of your auditors
