Training courses
IRCA certified Corporate Responsibility training courses meet the training learning objectives to meet the Associate level of Sustainability Assurance Practitioner.
The Corporate Responsibility Training Course consists of four independent modules which maybe presented consecutively or independently (depending on the training organization):
1. Foundation in Corporate Responsibility (1 day)
2. Foundation in Stakeholder engagement (1 day)
3. Foundation in Sustainability reporting (1 day)
4. Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (2 days)
A list of IRCA certified training organizations offering these courses can be found here.
Note that the Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner programme:
-
does not require applicants to complete specific training courses and we will accept any training that meets the knowledge competency requirements (see IRCA/702, Appendix III).
- offers an experiential route that can replace the training requirement altogether for the Practitioner and Lead Practitioner grades (see IRCA/702, Appendix III).
