Training courses
AccountAbility has developed a suite of training courses to
support individuals and organizations in building competence
and capacity in the increasingly expert area of accountability-related
policies, systems and standards. These courses also provide
training that will satisfy the knowledge competency requirements
for practitioner certification (see
IRCA/702, Appendix III).
Note that the Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner
programme:
- does not require applicants to complete specific training
courses and we will accept any training that meets the knowledge
competency requirements (see
IRCA/702, Appendix III).
- offers an experiential route that can replace the training
requirement altogether for the Practitioner and Lead Practitioner
grades (see IRCA/702, Appendix
III).
IRCA does not certify or formally recognize assurance practitioner
training courses.
