Who will review my training course?

An IRCA reviewing officer will review your training course and training organization management system. IRCA will agree in advance which reviewing officer will review your training course and organization

Will the IRCA reviewing officer understand the language my course is presented in?

IRCA's standard language is English. If your course is presented in another language you will need to provide your IRCA reviewing officer with translations of your management system documents and course materials

How much does it cost to have a course certified?

Please contact us for details of current fees and charges

Do the application fees include the cost of the stage 1 desktop review?

Yes - we will not charge you extra for the stage 1 desktop review or report during the application process

Can I have a copy of the IRCA examination?

We will provide you with copies of the IRCA examination when you have completed the desktop review (stage 1) of the application process for training course certification

Can I apply for certification of more than one course simultaneously?

Yes - however, we advise that you apply for certification of one course initially so that you gain an understanding of the process and of the requirements for other courses

Does IRCA approve tutors?

No - it is the responsibility of approved training organizations to approve tutors based on IRCA requirements
