Maintaining IRCA approval

In order to maintain your training organization approval status you will need to:

  • demonstrate your continuing conformance with IRCA/2000, requirements for training organization approval, through regular surveillance of your management of IRCA certified training courses. The regularity of surveillance will depend on your type of training organization and your performance; see how to apply for and maintain training organization approval and training course certification.
  • present IRCA certified training courses directly (i.e. in addition to presenting them through sub-contractors or branches)
  • provide up-to-date information to IRCA, including:
    • a twice-yearly summary of all certified courses presented
    • a current list of your approved tutors
    • a current list of your subcontractors and branches

Maintaining training course certification

To maintain the certification of each IRCA certified course you are required to:

  • demonstrate your continuing conformance with the relevant IRCA training course requirements through surveillance assessments of your training course(s)
  • maintain your training organization approval

How to apply for and maintain training organization approval and training course certification provides details of how approval and certification may be suspended and withdrawn.
