The IRCA complaints process is an essential part of maintaining the integrity of our auditor, practitioner and training course registers. You may submit formal complaints against:
Written complaints must be directed specifically for the attention of IRCA and should be accompanied by as much information and evidence as possible in support of you allegations. Anonymous complaints will only be considered at our discretion.
Your complaint will be acknowledged and, once accepted, an investigation will be carried out by the IRCA executive and the outcome communicated to you. If you are not satisfied with this outcome your may appeal against it.
Auditors that breach the IRCA code of conduct may be removed from the IRCA register of certificated auditors.
