New certified training programmes

IRCA is pleased to announce the certification of a number of new training courses and training organizations. In the first quarter of 2009 IRCA received more than 30 enquiries from training organizations hoping to become certified.

Three training organizations who have become IRCA approved this year are CS Computer Systems, Abbassi Ltd and Integrated Management Systems Associates.

CS Computer Systems is based in Croatia and will be offering a combination of ISMS foundation and internal auditor training courses. Abbassi Ltd is based in the UK and will be offering internal auditing training in quality management systems. IMSA will now be offering QMS lead auditor and Food Safety Management Systems lead auditor courses in China, Hong Kong, Macao, Qatar, the UAE, US and UK.

Other courses that have been certified include LRQA’s Information Systems Management Systems (ISMS) foundation course and Moody International’s ISMS lead auditor course, both of which will be available globally. IRCA has also received four course applications from existing training organizations for the latest IRCA course, Business Continuity Management Systems lead auditor, and these have gone through the initial desktop review stage.
