World Quality Day
The programme for the CQI World Quality Day conference has now been finalised. The event will be hosted by the Chartered Quality Institute on
13 November at the Inmarsat Conference Centre, London and will see a host of speakers brought together, with Ian Pearson, UK Minister of State for Science and Innovation and John Seddon, managing director of Vanguard, giving keynote speeches.
The aim of World Quality Day, first held in 1989, is to bring together quality professionals from around the world to raise awareness of how quality can help businesses improve. As well as the conference there will be the annual Loxham lecture with Professor Shoji Shiba, the internationally renowned management expert.
Other speakers include Susannah Clark and Dennis Crommentuijn from PMI, Ian Clarke, director of business excellence at Siemens and Olivier Mythodrama.
